FrameWork Boost for Windows
Install it, open it, and paste in the email address and licence key from your receipt. You can install it before you subscribe — it will simply ask for a key.
The installer is not published yet. It will appear here the moment it is — subscribing now still works, and your licence key arrives by email either way.

On first run
Windows may warn about a new publisher. That is SmartScreen reacting to a certificate it has not seen many downloads of yet, not to anything found in the file — choose More info → Run anyway, or check the SHA-256 above against the file you downloaded first.
Boost asks for administrator rights. Registry tweaks, the debloater and the scheduled clean cannot work without them. Every change it makes is written to a journal you can undo, and a System Restore point is offered before each elevated session.
