Refund Policy

Alert purchases are final — here is what we do instead when something does not work, plus the terms for projects and Website Care.

1. The short version

Alerts are digital files, delivered the instant you pay, so they are not returnable and purchases are final. What we do instead is make them work: if a file is faulty, will not install, or never arrives, we fix or replace it. FrameWork Boost is refundable within 14 days of a charge, no interrogation. Website Care follows its plan terms — cancel anytime with 30 days notice. If something has gone wrong, write to hello@framework.shop and we will sort it out.

2. Digital downloads

Alerts and other digital products are delivered electronically the moment payment completes, and you confirm at checkout that you understand they cannot be returned. Because a file cannot be given back once sent, purchases are final and we do not refund a change of mind. What we do guarantee is that what you bought works: if a file is faulty, corrupted, will not install, or never reaches you, contact us and we will fix or replace it. In the rare case we cannot make a purchase work at all, we refund it — you will never be left paying for something you cannot use.

3. Website projects

Client projects are governed by their proposal. The deposit is non-refundable once work has started; the remaining balance follows the payment schedule in your agreement. If we cannot deliver what was scoped, we will make it right or refund the undelivered portion.

4. Website Care

Care plans are month to month — cancel anytime with 30 days notice, and you will not be billed again after the notice period. Yearly billing is 10% off, paid upfront, and non-refundable after 30 days. If payment stops, your site remains live for 14 days and is then paused, with your data available for export for 30 days.

5. FrameWork Boost

Write to us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it, without an interrogation. That applies to a first payment and to a renewal you did not expect. Cancelling on its own is not a refund: it stops the next renewal and leaves the time you have already paid for intact, so the app keeps working until the end of that period and then stops. Cancelling and resubscribing later picks up the same subscription on the same account, so nothing is lost by leaving — except the price: a subscription that has run without a break keeps the rate it started at, while resubscribing means the rate on the day you come back. A licence revoked after a chargeback or for sharing an account is not refunded and is not reinstated.

6. How to ask

Email hello@framework.shop with your order details and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
